Job Title: Non-Tenure Track Hindi Teacher

Job Summary:

The Non-Tenure Track (NTT) Hindi Teacher is responsible for planning, implementing, and assessing language instruction for students in grades K-12. This position involves delivering high-quality Hindi language education, fostering cultural appreciation, and ensuring student engagement and academic growth. The NTT Hindi Teacher will adhere to the school’s curriculum guidelines, maintain professional conduct, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing educational institutions in India.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Curriculum Delivery:
Develop and deliver lesson plans aligned with the school’s Hindi language curriculum.
Teach Hindi language skills, including reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
Integrate cultural elements and contemporary topics to enhance language learning.

2. Instruction and Assessment:
Employ diverse teaching methodologies to cater to different learning styles.
Assess student progress through formative and summative evaluations.
Provide constructive feedback to students and parents to support academic growth.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance.

3. Classroom Management:
Create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
Implement classroom management strategies to ensure discipline and minimize disruptions.
Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a cohesive educational experience.

4. Professional Development:
Participate in professional development programs, workshops, and training sessions.
Stay updated with the latest trends and methodologies in language teaching.

5. Communication and Collaboration:
Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff to foster a supportive learning community.

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Hindi or a related field from a recognized university.
Additional certification or diploma in education (e.g., B.Ed., D.El.Ed.) is desirable but not mandatory.

2. Teaching Experience:
Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience in Hindi or a related subject.
Experience in teaching Hindi to non-native speakers is a plus.

3. Language Proficiency:
Fluency in Hindi and English (written and verbal).
Proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.

4. Legal and Compliance Requirements:
Must possess a valid government-issued identification (e.g., Aadhaar card, PAN card).
Must provide a clean criminal record certificate (as per Section 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012).
Must comply with the provisions of the RTE Act, 2009, and other relevant laws.

Salary and Compensation:

1. Base Salary:
Competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience.
For Tier 4 locations, the base salary will be adjusted to reflect the local cost of living.

2. Components:
Basic pay: INR [Amount] per month.
House Rent Allowance (HRA): INR [Amount] per month (if applicable).
Travel Allowance: INR [Amount] per month (if applicable).
Medical Allowance: INR [Amount] per year for reimbursement of medical expenses.
Professional Development Allowance: INR [Amount] per year for training and certifications.

3. Benefits:
Provident Fund (PF) contribution as per government norms.
