Your Responsibilities

Provide constructive feedback to students on their performance and guide them in improving their skills and knowledge.

Classroom Management and Student Welfare:
Establish and enforce clear rules and expectations for student behavior to ensure a safe and productive learning environment.
Monitor student attendance, punctuality, and engagement, and address any issues promptly.
Identify students who may be struggling academically or emotionally and provide appropriate support or refer them to counselors.
Foster a sense of inclusivity and respect among students, celebrating diversity and promoting values such as democracy, human rights, and social justice.

Professional Development and Collaboration:
Participate in regular professional development activities, including workshops, seminars, and training programs, to enhance your teaching skills and subject knowledge.
