Job Responsibilities
Design and deliver engaging dance lessons for students in grades 6 to 10, aligned with age-appropriate learning outcomes.
Create a dynamic and inclusive classroom environment that encourages creativity, self-expression, and physical well-being.
Develop and implement a structured dance curriculum that includes classical, contemporary, folk, and modern dance forms.
Organize and lead school dance performances, competitions, and cultural events to showcase student talent.
Assess student progress through practical and theoretical evaluations, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
Collaborate with other teachers to integrate dance with academic subjects and school activities.
Maintain discipline, safety, and hygiene standards during dance sessions.
Participate in staff meetings, training programs, and school events as required.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Outcomes
Achieve 90% student participation in dance activities and performances.
Ensure 100% attendance and punctuality in dance classes.
Receive positive feedback from students, parents, and school management on teaching quality.
Successfully conduct at least two major dance events or competitions per academic year.
Improve student confidence, coordination, and physical fitness through dance training.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and assessment.

Qualifications and Requirements
Postgraduate degree in Dance, Performing Arts, or related field from a recognized university.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to engage students of different age groups and skill levels.
Physical fitness and stamina to demonstrate dance movements and lead activities.
Willingness to work in a team and contribute to school events and initiatives.
