Key Responsibilities

2. Assessment and Feedback
Design and administer formative and summative assessments, analyse results, and provide constructive feedback to students and parents. Maintain accurate attendance and progress records, and prepare reports for school administration.
3. Classroom Management
Foster a disciplined, respectful learning environment. Implement behaviour management strategies that encourage participation and academic integrity.
4. Collaboration and Professional Development
Attend faculty meetings, contribute to curriculum development, and collaborate with peers on interdisciplinary projects. Participate in workshops and training sessions to stay updated on pedagogical best practices and emerging physics topics.
5. Resource Management
Manage laboratory equipment, safety protocols, and instructional materials. Ensure all resources are maintained and used responsibly, reporting any issues to the school administration.
Compensation
Salary ranges from Rs.22,000 to Rs.35,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
