Senior-Level PRT Social Science Teacher

- 5+ years of experience in teaching social science and leadership roles

- Experience in curriculum development and implementation

Job Overview (Advanced Degrees):
- Bachelor's degree in social science or related field
- Master's degree or Ph.D. in social science or related field preferred
- Teaching qualifications and experience in Tier 4 schools

Success Metrics (Mentoring and Training):
- Provide guidance and support to junior staff to improve their teaching skills and subject knowledge
- Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance staff performance and student outcomes
- Collaborate with colleagues to design and deliver high-quality social science curricula
- Contribute to the development of school policies and procedures related to social science education
- Evaluate and monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
