Job Title: TGT English Teacher
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified TGT English Teacher to join our team of educators in a Tier 4 school. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching English to students in grades 6-10, with a student-teacher ratio of 25:1 and class sizes ranging from 25 to 30 students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging English lessons to students in grades 6-10, ensuring that curriculum standards are met and students achieve academic excellence.
- Develop and implement effective lesson plans, assessments, and evaluations to measure student progress.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and performance.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop and implement English curriculum and programs.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to keep them informed about their child's progress.

- Strong knowledge of English language and literature, as well as effective teaching methodologies and techniques.
Performance Expectations:

- The teacher will be expected to achieve a minimum of 80% attendance and a minimum of 75% pass percentage in English language and literature.
- The teacher will be expected to receive positive feedback from students, parents, and colleagues.
Salary and Compensation:
- Salary: Rs 40,000 - Rs 60,000 per month.
- Allowances: HRA (House Rent Allowance), DA (Dearness Allowance), and other benefits as per school policy.
