PGT Biology Teacher Position at Kr International School, Theni
Kr International School in Theni seeks a dedicated PGT Biology Teacher to lead advanced biology curriculum for senior students. This role focuses on delivering high-quality instruction in core biology subjects, including human physiology, ecology, and genetics, ensuring alignment with CBSE and state board standards.
The successful candidate will design and deliver engaging lectures, using interactive methods to foster deep understanding of complex biological concepts. Hands-on laboratory work, including practical demonstrations and experiments, will be a key part of daily responsibilities. The teacher will also prepare comprehensive assessment materials, including unit tests and project evaluations, to measure student comprehension.
Experience in teaching at the postgraduate or senior secondary level is essential, with a strong background in biology research or practical applications preferred. A B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree is mandatory, along with a Bachelor’s and Master’s in Biology to ensure subject expertise. Four years of relevant teaching experience in biology at the senior secondary or equivalent level will be highly valued.
This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 50,000 per month, along with opportunities for professional growth within the institution.
