9. Serve as the primary liaison for external art programs, securing sponsorships and partnerships.
What You Bring
Graduate degree with B.Ed or D.El.Ed; TET/CTET preferred. Minimum two years of teaching experience in a school setting, with a proven record of creative lesson planning. Demonstrated leadership in managing a small team or leading projects. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and a deep understanding of Tamil cultural art traditions. Ability to inspire students and colleagues alike, fostering a collaborative learning environment.
