Role Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons to students of Class 11 and 12.
- Prepare and administer assessments, exams, and evaluations to measure student progress.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and progress.
- Develop and implement effective classroom management strategies.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver curriculum.
- Conduct regular parent-teacher meetings to discuss student progress.
- Participate in staff development programs and workshops.
- Support school events and activities.
Eligibility Criteria
Must Have:
- Post-graduate degree in Hindi (M.A. Hindi).
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree from a recognized institution.
- Valid TET or CTET certificate.
- 3 years of teaching experience in a school setting.
Good to Have:
- Research experience in the field of Hindi literature or language teaching.
- Experience in curriculum development or designing educational materials.
- Knowledge of modern teaching methodologies and technology integration.
