Assess student progress through periodic tests, projects and oral presentations, providing constructive feedback. Organize co‑curricular activities such as debates, essay competitions and literary clubs to enhance language proficiency. Maintain accurate attendance and academic records as per school policy. Collaborate with fellow teachers for interdisciplinary projects and participate in staff meetings and professional development sessions.
Qualification
Candidate must hold a postgraduate degree in English along with B.Ed or D.El.Ed. TET/CTET qualification is preferred but not mandatory.
Experience
Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a recognized school setting, preferably handling senior secondary classes. Experience in preparing students for board examinations and conducting extra‑curricular English activities will be advantageous.
Salary and employment type
The position is full‑time with a salary range of Rs.25,000 - Rs.50,000 per month. Benefits include statutory contributions and professional development support.
