PRT Science Teacher Position at Sri R.m.jain Vidhyashram
Teach fundamental concepts of Physics, Chemistry, and Biology to Class I to V students in a structured, interactive manner. Develop engaging lesson plans aligned with the Tamil Nadu syllabus while ensuring clarity and practical application. Conduct regular classroom demonstrations and experiments to enhance students’ understanding of scientific principles.
Prepare and assess weekly homework, projects, and quizzes to track student progress. Collaborate with the Science faculty to integrate curriculum updates and innovative teaching methods. Maintain a clean and organized lab space, ensuring safety standards are met for all experiments.
Hold parent-teacher meetings to discuss student performance and address academic concerns. Participate in school events and extracurricular activities related to science, such as science fairs and competitions. Ensure compliance with school policies on attendance, punctuality, and professional conduct.
Hold a graduate degree in Science with a minimum of two years of teaching experience in schools. Possession of a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is mandatory. TET or CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory.
The selected candidate will be offered a monthly salary ranging from Rs.14,000 to Rs.22,000, depending on qualifications and experience. The position is based in Tiruvallur, Tamil Nadu, and is full-time. Applications are invited for this role.
