Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver comprehensive Physics lessons aligned with the IIT JEE syllabus, ensuring concepts are taught with depth and clarity.
Create and evaluate problem‑solving worksheets, mock tests and laboratory experiments that develop analytical skills required for competitive exams.
Mentor students individually to identify strengths and gaps, providing targeted remediation and enrichment activities.
Organise and supervise practical sessions, maintaining safety standards while demonstrating advanced physics experiments.
Collaborate with senior faculty to integrate interdisciplinary projects that reinforce physics principles in mathematics and engineering contexts.
Monitor student progress through regular assessments, maintaining detailed records and reporting performance to parents and school management.
Participate in school‑wide academic events, Olympiads and science fairs, representing the Physics department and guiding participants.
Qualifications
Post‑graduate degree in Physics (M.Sc or equivalent).
B.Ed or D.El.Ed is mandatory; TET/CTET certification preferred.
Demonstrated success in coaching students for IIT JEE or similar competitive examinations.
Skills and Attributes
Strong grasp of higher‑secondary physics concepts and IIT‑level problem solving.
Ability to simplify complex theories without diluting rigor.
Excellent communication skills in English and Telugu for effective classroom interaction.
Proficiency in using digital tools and virtual labs to enhance learning.
