The school invites applications for the position of Academic Coordinator (Non-Teaching) in its Tier 2 campus. Eligibility Criteria
Post Graduate degree in Education (M.Ed.) or a Master’s degree in any discipline with B.Ed. from a recognised university.
Minimum one year of experience in curriculum planning, teacher mentoring, or academic administration in a school or educational institution.
Familiarity with digital learning platforms, assessment tools, and data-driven decision making is desirable.
Proficiency in English and the regional language of the state is essential.
Compensation Details
Basic Salary: ₹ 3,20,000 – ₹ 4,50,000 per annum (gross)
House Rent Allowance (HRA): 24% of basic for Tier 2 city (subject to rent receipts)
Transport Allowance: ₹ 2,500 per month
Medical Reimbursement: Up to ₹ 15,000 per annum for self and dependents
Leave Travel Allowance (LTA): Twice in a block of four years, up to ₹ 20,000 per trip
Children Education Allowance: ₹ 1,200 per month per child (maximum two children)
Professional Development Fund: ₹ 15,000 per annum for approved courses/workshops
Gratuity and Provident Fund as per government norms
Performance Bonus: Up to one month’s basic at year-end based on institutional targets

Salary and Compensation
