- Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to ensure seamless communication and support for students.
- Manage and supervise hostel staff, providing guidance and coaching as needed.
- Oversee the daily operations of the hostel, including meal management, laundry, and maintenance.
- Coordinate with parents and guardians to address student concerns and provide updates on their child's progress.
- Participate in school-wide events and activities, promoting a sense of community and teamwork.
Eligibility
To be considered for this role, you should possess a graduate degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position. Prior experience working in a hostel or residential setting is highly desirable. A strong understanding of adolescent development and behavior is also essential.
