4. Conduct regular meetings with staff, parents, and students to discuss departmental progress, concerns, and ideas.
5. Manage student discipline and behavior, ensuring a safe and respectful learning environment.
6. Develop and implement strategies to improve student performance and academic achievement.
7. Maintain accurate records, reports, and databases related to departmental activities and student progress.
8. Represent the mathematics department at school meetings, events, and functions.
9. Stay updated with curriculum developments, best practices, and industry trends in mathematics education.

- Postgraduate degree (M.A., M.Sc., M.Ed., or MBA) in a relevant field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership or administrative role in a school setting
- Strong leadership, management, and interpersonal skills

Good to Have:
- Relevant teaching experience (CTET, TET, or NET qualifications)
