PGT Accountancy Teacher Job in Hyderabad, Telangana
Role Summary
Narayana E-techno School in Tirumalagiri, Hyderabad, Telangana invites applications for a PGT Accountancy Teacher to join its faculty. The selected candidate will teach Accountancy to senior secondary students, focusing on board exam preparation and subject specialization.
Day-to-Day Duties
1. Teach Accountancy to senior secondary students, adhering to the school's curriculum and board requirements.
2. Prepare lesson plans, conduct classes, and evaluate student performance.
3. Guide students in board exam preparation, providing individualized attention and support.
4. Conduct internal assessments, setting and marking question papers.
5. Maintain accurate student records, tracking progress and achievement.
6. Collaborate with department heads and teachers to develop and implement academic programs.
7. Participate in staff meetings, contributing to school-wide initiatives and discussions.
8. Develop and implement innovative teaching methods to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.
9. Mentor junior teachers, providing guidance and support in teaching and academic planning.
Eligibility
Must Have
- Postgraduate degree in Commerce (M.Com) with specialization in Accountancy
- B.Ed. or M.Ed. degree from a recognized Indian university
- Valid TET/CTET certification is not mandatory for this position
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in senior secondary schools
- Strong knowledge of Accountancy syllabi and board exam patterns
Good to Have
- NET/SET certification in Commerce or a related field
- Experience in teaching English-medium schools in Telangana or Andhra Pradesh
- Proficiency in using digital tools and educational software
