- Analyze and interpret board exam results, identifying areas of improvement and implementing corrective measures to enhance student performance.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide academic initiatives, promoting a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Manage and maintain Biology department resources, including textbooks, equipment, and online materials.
- Participate in school committees and working groups, contributing to policy development and decision-making processes.
- Develop and deliver professional development programs for staff members, focusing on Biology teaching and learning strategies.
- Foster relationships with local educational institutions, universities, and organizations to access resources, expertise, and networking opportunities.
- Contribute to the development of the school's academic vision and strategic plan, ensuring alignment with the institution's mission and values.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this role, you must possess a postgraduate degree in Biology (M.Sc./M.A.) with a minimum of 5 years of teaching experience. A B.Ed. degree is mandatory for this position. A NET/SET qualification is preferred but not essential. TET/CTET certification is not required for this role.
