Differentiate instruction by creating tiered assignments: basic, intermediate, and advanced. Provide extra practice for students weak in climatology or map projections. Encourage project-based learning where students analyze real data sets or conduct field surveys in nearby areas.
Support learners with learning differences by using multisensory teaching methods and extended time for assessments. Collaborate with special educators to adapt materials without compromising academic rigor. Maintain clear records of student progress and share feedback with parents during PTMs.
Who Can Apply
Postgraduates in Geography with a B.Ed degree and three years of teaching experience in senior secondary are eligible. Candidates with NET, SET, or M.Ed will be preferred. Prior experience in board exam coaching or mentoring PGT colleagues is an advantage.
