- Design and deliver engaging Physics lessons for classes VI to XII, aligning with Telangana State Board guidelines.
- Create laboratory experiments that illustrate core concepts such as mechanics, electromagnetism, and optics, ensuring safety and resource efficiency.
- Assess student progress through formative and summative evaluations, providing constructive feedback to parents and staff.
- Integrate technology into lessons using interactive simulations, virtual labs, and digital whiteboards to enhance learning outcomes.
- Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum planning, and school committees to contribute to continuous improvement.
- Mentor junior teachers and new staff in effective pedagogical strategies and classroom management.
- Organize extracurricular science events, competitions, and science fairs to foster curiosity and teamwork among students.
- Maintain accurate attendance records, lesson plans, and student performance data in the school’s management system.
- Collaborate with school leadership to implement school-wide initiatives such as STEM weeks and guest lectures from industry experts.

Qualification and Experience
Post‑graduate degree in Physics or related field required.
B.Ed or D.El.Ed mandatory; TET/CTET preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a secondary school setting.
Strong command of Physics concepts and the ability to simplify complex topics for diverse learners.
Demonstrated proficiency in using educational technology and laboratory equipment.
Salary and Location
Competitive remuneration of Rs.38,000 – Rs.60,000 per month for a full‑time position.
