We are seeking a skilled and experienced PRT Art And Craft Teacher to join our team of dedicated educators who are passionate about helping students develop their artistic skills and creativity.
What You Will Do
As a PRT Art And Craft Teacher at Narayana Co School, your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and implementing engaging Art And Craft lessons for students from 1st to 5th standard
- Developing and maintaining a conducive Art And Craft environment in the classroom
- Using a variety of teaching methods, such as demonstrations, workshops, and interactive learning activities, to ensure student participation and engagement
- Encouraging students to explore their creativity and imagination through different art forms, such as painting, drawing, and crafts
- Collaborating with fellow teachers to integrate Art And Craft with other subjects, such as language and mathematics
- Assisting students to develop their fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, and creativity through Art And Craft activities
- Maintaining a safe and organized classroom environment, free from hazards and distractions
- Communicating effectively with parents and guardians about student progress and achievements in Art And Craft
- Participating in school events, exhibitions, and competitions to showcase student work and achievements
Required Qualifications
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed in Art Education or a related field
- NET or SET in Art Education or a related field (desirable)
- TET or CTET is not mandatory for this role
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in teaching Art And Craft to students from 1st to 5th standard
- Strong subject knowledge and teaching skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
