4. Organize field visits or local walks to connect textbook content with real-world surroundings.
5. Collaborate with PRT team to integrate Social Science with language and environmental studies.
6. Maintain accurate attendance, assessment records, and anecdotal notes for each student.
7. Participate in PTMs and parent orientation sessions to explain Social Science learning goals.
8. Support co-curricular activities such as quiz competitions, poster-making, and model-making related to Social Science.
9. Ensure classroom displays reflect current Social Science themes and student work.
Required Qualifications
Must Have
Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university
B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification
Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in primary grades
Fluency in English and Telugu (spoken and written)
Basic computer skills for lesson planning and digital resources
Good to Have
CTET or TET qualified
Experience teaching Social Science in primary classes
Training in activity-based or experiential learning methods
Knowledge of Telangana state Social Science curriculum
Previous experience in CBSE-affiliated schools
