Support the placement cell by running mock interviews and resume-building workshops for final-year students. Conduct faculty sensitisation workshops on soft skills pedagogy and classroom management techniques.
Eligibility
Post-graduate degree in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, MBA, M.A. in Communication, or M.Sc in Human Development is required. Minimum three years of experience in training, corporate L&D, or student mentoring is expected.
