Role Summary
Narayana Co School in Himayatnagar is looking for a dedicated TGT Hindi Teacher for grades 6 to 10. The role focuses on delivering structured Hindi lessons, improving student comprehension, and preparing learners for board exams. Experience in middle school pedagogy and classroom management is essential.
Day-to-Day Duties
Plan daily Hindi lessons aligned with NCERT and state syllabus for TGT classes.
Conduct interactive sessions using grammar drills, reading exercises, and writing tasks.
Assess student performance through periodic tests, assignments, and oral evaluations.
Prepare remedial notes for weak learners and conduct doubt-clearing sessions after school.
Organize Hindi recitation, debate, and essay competitions to build language confidence.
Collaborate with subject teachers for unit planning and mid-term exam design.
Update progress reports for parents during PTMs and share academic feedback.
Coordinate with Narayana Co School’s Hindi department for resource sharing and workshops.
Eligibility
Must Have
Postgraduate degree in Hindi with minimum 55% marks
B.Ed or M.Ed in Hindi from a recognized Indian university
3 years of TGT Hindi teaching experience in CBSE or state board schools
Good to Have
D.El.Ed with Hindi specialization
CTET or TET certification
Exposure to Narayana Group’s teaching methodologies
Preferred Skills
Strong command of Hindi grammar, literature, and spoken fluency
Ability to explain complex concepts in simple Hindi and English
Experience using digital tools for lesson delivery and assessment
Perks and Pay
Monthly salary ranges from Rs.30,000 to Rs.50,000 based on qualifications and experience.
