Integrate Vernier sensors and PhET simulations into lessons twice a week to reinforce concepts. Conduct virtual lab walk-throughs for students who miss hands-on sessions. Monitor student logins and participation analytics every afternoon and follow up with low-engagement learners. Organize monthly science webinars with external researchers streamed live to classrooms.
Collaborate with the STEM coordinator to update the digital lab inventory and requisition consumables. Attend bi-weekly tech training sessions to learn new simulation tools and assessment plugins. Share best practices with peers in the weekly science department meet-up on Teams.
Eligibility Criteria
Postgraduate degree in Science (Physics, Chemistry, or Biology) from a recognized Indian university. B.Ed or D.El.Ed with specialization in Science or Mathematics. Minimum three years of full-time TGT Science teaching experience in a comparable school environment.
Preferred Skills
Digital literacy with Google Workspace, LMS platforms, and basic Python for data analysis. Experience using PhET simulations, Vernier Logger Pro, and smart-board software. Familiarity with online assessment tools like Kahoot and Quizizz.
