5. Maintain classroom records and reports on student progress.
6. Communicate with parents and guardians regarding student performance.
7. Participate in school activities and events related to Science education.
8. Stay updated with the latest developments in Science education and curriculum.
9. Perform other duties as assigned by the school administration.
Required Qualifications
Must Have:
- Postgraduate degree in Science (M.Sc) or Education (M.Ed)
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed)
- CTET or TET certification is not required for this position
- 2 years of experience in teaching Science to students from 6th to 10th standard
- Knowledge of the curriculum and syllabus for Science education in Telangana state
Good to Have:
- NET or SET certification in Science or Education
- MBA or M.A. in Education or related field
- Experience in teaching in a school with a similar curriculum and culture
Preferred Skills
- Strong knowledge of Science concepts and curriculum
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with students of different age groups and abilities
- Familiarity with local languages and cultures
- Willingness to participate in school activities and events
- Ability to work in a team and adapt to changing situations
