Role Summary
We are looking for a skilled TGT Yoga Teacher to join our team at Narayana E-techno School in Mareedpally, Hyderabad, Telangana. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Yoga to students from 6th to 10th standard, developing and implementing engaging lesson plans, and assessing student progress.
What You Will Do
- Teach Yoga to students from 6th to 10th standard
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans for Yoga
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Conduct periodic assessments to evaluate student understanding
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school policies
- Participate in school events and activities to promote Yoga
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance
- Communicate effectively with parents and students to address concerns
- Stay updated with the latest developments in Yoga education
Required Qualifications
- Postgraduate degree in Yoga or a related field (M.A., M.Sc)
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed from a recognized university
- NET or SET qualifications preferred
- 2 years of experience in teaching Yoga
- Strong knowledge of Yoga philosophy and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
