Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior PGT Hindi Teacher to join our team at a premium school in a Tier 3 city. As a senior member of our faculty, you will be responsible for creating a supportive and engaging learning environment that fosters academic excellence and personal growth in our students.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students
- Conduct regular assessments and provide constructive feedback to students to ensure they meet their academic potential
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum changes and improvements
- Provide guidance and support to junior teachers and facilitate their professional development
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the development of departmental policies and procedures
Facilities and Infrastructure (Leadership duties)
- Lead and manage a team of junior Hindi teachers to ensure effective delivery of the Hindi curriculum
- Manage the Hindi department budget and resources to ensure efficient allocation and utilization
- Develop and maintain relationships with parents and guardians to keep them informed about their child's progress
- Participate in school-wide initiatives and events to promote the school's values and mission
- Represent the school at external events and conferences to promote the school's reputation and excellence
Pedagogy Style (Advanced degrees)
- Possess a postgraduate degree in Hindi or a related field from a recognized institution
- Hold a strong understanding of the latest pedagogical trends and best practices in language teaching
- Be committed to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with curriculum changes and developments
- Be able to adapt teaching styles to meet the diverse needs of students and the school's curriculum requirements
- Be able to use technology and digital tools to enhance teaching and learning
School Background (Mentoring and training)
- Have a minimum of 5 years of teaching experience at the PGT level
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, colleagues, and parents
- Be able to provide guidance and support to junior teachers and facilitate their professional development

- Be able to maintain accurate records and reports as required by the school
