Role Summary:
The Primary Hindi Teacher (PRT) will be responsible for delivering high-quality, age-appropriate Hindi language instruction to students in Grades 1 through 5. The teacher will foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, ensuring that students develop proficiency in Hindi listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills. The role requires adherence to the school’s academic standards, curriculum guidelines, and child protection policies.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver daily Hindi lessons aligned with the school’s curriculum and CBSE/State Board guidelines.
Assess and evaluate student progress through regular assignments, quizzes, projects, and examinations.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and behavioral observations.
Engage in parent-teacher interactions to discuss student performance and development.
Participate in staff meetings, professional development programs, and school events.
Uphold the school’s values of discipline, respect, and academic excellence.
Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements related to child safety and education.

Salary and Compensation:
Gross Annual Salary: INR 3,00,000 – 4,50,000 (depending on experience and qualifications)
Breakdown:
Basic Salary: INR 1,80,000 – 2,50,000 per annum
House Rent Allowance (HRA): INR 60,000 – 90,000 per annum (subject to actual rent submission)
Conveyance Allowance: INR 24,000 per annum
Medical Allowance: INR 12,000 per annum
Leave Travel Allowance (LTA): INR 10,000 per annum (once in two years)
Performance Bonus: Up to 10% of basic salary (subject to evaluation)
Provident Fund (PF): 12% of basic salary (employer contribution)

Contractual Terms:

Qualification and Experience:
Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university.
Minimum 1 year of teaching experience in Hindi (preferably in primary grades).
TET not required as per school policy.
Proficiency in spoken and written Hindi and English.
Preferred:
B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification.
Experience in CBSE/State Board curriculum.
Familiarity with digital teaching tools and interactive learning platforms.
