Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Hindi Teacher (TGT) to lead our Hindi department and mentor a team of educators. The successful candidate will oversee curriculum delivery, assess student progress, and drive continuous improvement in language acquisition for grades 6–8. Your Responsibilities
Oversee daily Hindi language instruction for grades 6–8, ensuring alignment with CBSE and NCF standards.
Design and implement differentiated lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and proficiency levels.
Conduct regular assessments, track student progress, and provide timely feedback to learners and parents.
Mentor junior Hindi teachers through classroom observations, feedback sessions, and professional development workshops.
Lead departmental meetings, set academic goals, and monitor their implementation.
Collaborate with other subject teachers to integrate language skills across the curriculum.
Organize Hindi language festivals, competitions, and cultural events to promote linguistic and cultural appreciation.
Stay updated with the latest pedagogical trends in language teaching and integrate technology where appropriate.
Prepare annual academic reports, student portfolios, and teacher performance evaluations.
Ensure inclusive and engaging classroom practices that support all learners, including those with special needs.
Minimum Requirements
Master’s degree in Hindi (M.A. Hindi) or equivalent from a recognized university.
Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed.) or equivalent with Hindi as a teaching subject.
Minimum of 5 years of post-qualification teaching experience in Hindi at the middle school level (grades 6–8).
Strong command of Hindi grammar, literature, and communicative competence.
Experience in leading a subject department or mentoring teachers is highly desirable.
Proficiency in using digital tools for lesson planning and assessment.
