REPORTING RELATIONSHIP: The Vice Principal (Non-Teaching) shall report directly to the Principal of the school.
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
The Vice Principal (Non-Teaching) shall assist the Principal in the overall administration of the school. This position is responsible for overseeing various non-teaching departments and providing support to teachers and other staff members. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining the high standards of education and ensuring the smooth functioning of the school.
PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT:
The school shall provide opportunities for the Vice Principal (Non-Teaching) to attend training programs, workshops, and conferences to enhance their skills and knowledge. The school may also provide resources for professional development, such as access to educational literature, online courses, and mentorship programs.
TEACHING METHODOLOGY:
This position is a non-teaching role and does not involve direct instruction or classroom teaching. However, the Vice Principal (Non-Teaching) shall be expected to develop and implement effective administrative systems, policies, and procedures to support teaching and learning.

SALARY AND COMPENSATION:
The Vice Principal (Non-Teaching) shall be offered a salary and benefits package that is competitive with industry standards. The salary shall consist of the following components:
1. Basic Salary: The basic salary shall be Rs. 50,000 per month.
2. Allowances: The Vice Principal (Non-Teaching) shall be entitled to a range of allowances, including a house rent allowance, a medical allowance, and a transportation allowance.
3. Leave and Holidays: The Vice Principal (Non-Teaching) shall be entitled to a range of leave and holidays, including annual leave, sick leave, and national holidays.
4. Health Insurance: The school shall provide health insurance coverage to the Vice Principal (Non-Teaching).
5. Retirement Benefits: The school shall provide a range of retirement benefits, including a pension scheme and a gratuity scheme.
CONTRACTUAL TERMS:
The Vice Principal (Non-Teaching) shall be employed on a full-time contract basis for a period of 2 years. The contract may be renewed for a further period of 2 years, subject to satisfactory performance and the availability of funds.
COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS:
