Role Summary (Community Involvement)
We are seeking a dynamic and community-minded NTT English teacher to join our team. As an NTT English teacher, you will be expected to play a key role in the school's community and engage with parents and students to provide a supportive and inclusive learning environment. Our students are aged between 4-11 and come from a variety of backgrounds. They are enthusiastic and eager to learn, but may require additional support in certain areas. Parents expect teachers to provide a safe and nurturing environment that fosters academic excellence and social growth.
Parent Expectations
Parents are actively involved in the school community and expect teachers to communicate regularly with them about their child's progress. They value open and honest communication and expect teachers to be approachable and responsive to their concerns.
Compensation Details (Include Parent Communication)
* Salary: 18000 - 25000 RMB per month, depending on experience

* Parent Communication: Regular progress reports, parent-teacher conferences, and email updates to keep parents informed about their child's progress
Your Responsibilities
* Teach English to students aged 4-11 in a Tier 2 school setting

* Assess student progress and provide regular feedback to parents
* Communicate regularly with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment
