The school is seeking a dedicated and creative NTT Mathematics Teacher to join our premium educational institution located in a Tier 3 city. Primary Duties
Developing and implementing lesson plans that align with the school curriculum.
Creating a vibrant classroom environment conducive to learning numbers and logic.
Using manipulative tools, blocks, and visual aids to teach basic arithmetic.
Conducting regular assessments to track the numerical literacy of each student.
Organizing math-themed events, such as Number Day or logic puzzles.
Maintaining detailed records of student attendance, behavior, and academic growth.
Providing regular feedback to parents through formal meetings and digital platforms.
Collaborating with the pre-primary team to integrate math with art and music.

Daily Tasks:
1. Conduct morning assembly and circle time focusing on calendar and counting.
2. Deliver two 45-minute mathematics sessions using activity-based kits.
3. Supervise students during meal times and transition periods.
4. Correct student workbooks and provide personalized encouragement.
5. Update the digital parent-teacher communication portal with daily highlights.
6. Prepare physical teaching aids like flashcards and counting beads for the next day.
7. Conduct a 15-minute remedial session for students requiring extra attention.
8. Participate in a brief faculty meeting to discuss the day's progress.
Career Growth:
Successful candidates can progress to the role of Senior Primary Teacher or Subject Coordinator within 3 years. We offer a clear path to leadership roles such as Academic Head or Vice Principal based on performance and additional certifications.
Minimum Requirements
Education: Graduation in any stream from a recognized university.
Certification: Completed Nursery Teacher Training (NTT) or equivalent early childhood education diploma.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of teaching experience in a school setting.
TET: Not required for this position.
Language: Fluency in English and the local language is preferred.
