Daily responsibilities include planning and conducting lessons, managing student behavior, and collaborating with the subject coordinator to ensure alignment with school policies. The teacher will also prepare students for board exams by offering supplementary study sessions and maintaining detailed lesson plans. Regular parent-teacher interactions will be part of the role, helping bridge communication gaps between home and school. Attendance at school events, including cultural fairs and educational trips, will enhance students’ learning experiences. Ensuring compliance with school safety protocols and maintaining a well-organized classroom are also key responsibilities.
A graduate with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree is essential, along with at least two years of teaching experience in social sciences. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory, it will be highly beneficial for career growth.
