Primary Duties
Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality Hindi language lessons for middle school students (Grades 6-8) following the prescribed curriculum.
Create engaging and interactive lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
Assess and evaluate student performance through regular tests, assignments, and examinations, providing constructive feedback.
Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and other relevant data.
Organize and participate in co-curricular activities such as Hindi debates, elocution competitions, and cultural events.
Collaborate with fellow teachers, parents, and school management to ensure a supportive learning environment.
Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies, educational trends, and Hindi language developments.
Prepare students for national and state-level Hindi language competitions and examinations.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages creativity, critical thinking, and a love for the Hindi language.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Hindi (BA Hindi) or a related field.
Post-graduate qualification in Hindi (MA Hindi) or Education (M.Ed) with a specialization in Hindi.
Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience as a Hindi teacher, preferably in a middle school setting.
Prior experience in curriculum planning and assessment.
Valid teaching certification or eligibility for the same (TET is not mandatory but preferred).
Strong subject knowledge and the ability to simplify complex concepts for students.
Willingness to relocate to Tier 3 cities and adapt to the local culture and environment.
