What You Will Do
As an ASSISTANT PROFESSOR - Algorithms, you will be responsible for:
* Teaching undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Algorithms to students of Sr University.
* Conducting lectures, tutorials, and practicals in Algorithms as per the curriculum of the university.
* Preparing and delivering lectures on Algorithms, and assigning and evaluating homework and projects.
* Evaluating students' performance in Algorithms and maintaining their records.
* Conducting research in Algorithms and publishing papers in peer-reviewed journals.
* Providing guidance to students on research projects and academic matters.
* Participating in the development of curriculum and syllabus for Algorithms.
* Organizing seminars, workshops, and conferences on Algorithms.
Master Level Teaching
As an ASSISTANT PROFESSOR - Algorithms, you will be responsible for teaching master level courses in Algorithms, including:
* Master of Computer Applications (MCA) in Algorithms.
* Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Computer Science with specialization in Algorithms.
* Master of Technology (M.Tech.) in Computer Science with specialization in Algorithms.
* Guiding students on research projects and thesis work in Algorithms.
* Providing academic guidance to students on Algorithms and related areas.
Required Qualifications
The candidate should have a Ph.D. in Computer Science or related field with a minimum of 55% marks. In the absence of a Ph.D., a candidate with a Master's degree and a valid UGC-NET or SLET score will be considered. Publications in peer-reviewed journals are essential.
Learning and Development
As an ASSISTANT PROFESSOR - Algorithms, you will be required to maintain an API score of 3.0 or more for promotion and career advancement. You will also be required to participate in faculty development programs, workshops, and conferences to enhance your teaching and research skills.
