About This Role
The Sr University, a premier educational institution in Warangal, Telangana, invites applications for the position of ASSISTANT PROFESSOR in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering. The successful candidate will be expected to teach undergraduate and postgraduate students in Communication Systems, a core subject in the curriculum.
Day-to-Day Duties
1. Teaching undergraduate students in Communication Systems, including theory and laboratory sessions.
2. Developing and maintaining course materials, including textbooks, lecture notes, and assignments.
3. Conducting tutorials and seminars for undergraduate students.
4. Teaching postgraduate courses in Communication Systems, including master's level courses and project guidance.
5. Guiding postgraduate students in their research projects.
6. Supervising and mentoring students in their academic and professional careers.
7. Participating in curriculum development and review.
8. Collaborating with other faculty members to develop new courses and programs.
Postgraduate Students
The successful candidate will be expected to guide postgraduate students in their research projects and master's level courses in Communication Systems. The candidate will be required to develop and maintain a research program, including publishing research articles in peer-reviewed journals.
Required Qualifications
The successful candidate must possess a Ph.D. in Electronics and Communication Engineering with a minimum of 55% marks from a recognized university. The candidate must also have a valid UGC-NET/SLET score. A strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals is highly desirable.
Career Opportunities

The candidate must achieve a minimum API score of 3.0 to be eligible for promotion to the post of Associate Professor.
