Day-to-Day Duties
As an ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR at Sr University, you will be responsible for:
- Teaching Deep Learning courses to undergraduate and postgraduate students
- Conducting research in Deep Learning, publishing papers in top-tier journals, and presenting at conferences
- Supervising Ph.D. students and guiding them in their research projects
- Collaborating with faculty members on interdisciplinary research projects
- Participating in departmental and university-level committees
- Developing and implementing curriculum for Deep Learning courses
- Mentoring junior faculty members and students
- Engaging in outreach activities to promote the department's research and academic programs
Required Qualifications
A Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering or a related field is mandatory for this position. A postdoctoral research experience will be preferred. Candidates who have qualified in UGC-NET with JRF or UGC-NET without JRF are also eligible to apply.
Research & Publications
As an ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR at Sr University, you will be expected to:
- Develop and lead collaborative research projects with faculty members and research scholars
- Secure funding for research projects from government agencies, private organizations, and industry partners
- Publish papers in top-tier journals and conferences in the field of Deep Learning
- Present research papers at international conferences and seminars
- Collaborate with industry partners on research and development projects
Research Leadership
As a senior faculty member at Sr University, you will be responsible for:
- Guiding doctoral students in their research projects
- Evaluating Ph.D. theses and guiding students to improve their research work
- Developing and implementing research policies and guidelines for the department
- Mentoring junior faculty members and students in research and academic activities
Perks and Pay
As an ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR at Sr University, you will receive a salary of Rs.50,000 - Rs.70,000 per month, as per UGC norms.
