Job Context
Sr University, a renowned institution in the field of Vlsi Design, invites applications for the position of PROFESSOR in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering at its Hasanparthy campus in Warangal, Telangana. Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
1. Teaching Vlsi Design courses to undergraduate and postgraduate students, including design of digital systems, analog circuits, and microprocessors.
2. Conducting research in Vlsi Design, publishing papers in international journals and conferences, and obtaining research grants from national and international funding agencies.
3. Supervising Ph.D. students and guiding them in their research projects.
4. Developing and updating course materials, including textbooks and online resources.
5. Participating in departmental and university-level committees, including curriculum development and academic planning.
6. Collaborating with other departments and institutions on research projects and academic initiatives.
7. Providing academic and professional guidance to junior faculty members and research scholars.
8. Maintaining a strong research profile, including publications, patents, and research collaborations.
9. Participating in academic and research activities at the national and international levels.
Who Can Apply
We invite applications from highly qualified and experienced professionals with a strong background in Vlsi Design. The minimum qualification required is a Ph.D. in Vlsi Design or a related field. A post-doctoral experience is preferred. Candidates with a good academic record, research publications, and teaching experience will be given preference. UGC-NET with JRF is mandatory for Assistant Professor position. For Professor position, Ph.D. is mandatory.
