About This Role
Delhi World Public School Agartala is inviting applications for the position of Football Coach in Sadar, West Tripura. The role requires planning, conducting, and monitoring football training sessions for students aged 8 to 17 years. This is a full-time administrative leadership position responsible for sports development and inter-school competitions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Design age-appropriate football training modules aligned with school sports policy.
2. Organize daily practice sessions, fitness drills, and skill development activities.
3. Maintain records of student attendance, progress, and injury reports.
4. Coordinate with school administration for sports event participation and logistics.
5. Ensure safety protocols are followed during all training and match sessions.
6. Scout and identify talent for representation in district and state-level tournaments.
7. Organize inter-house football tournaments and report outcomes to the sports coordinator.
8. Attend staff meetings to update on student performance and upcoming fixtures.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in Physical Education or Sports Science from a recognized university. Minimum 3 years of experience in football coaching at school level. Proficiency in basic computer applications for maintaining records and reports. Candidates with football coaching diplomas or certifications will be preferred.
