Key Responsibilities
- Prepare lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessment tools that cater to diverse learning styles.
- Deliver clear, concise, and interactive lessons that encourage student participation and critical analysis.
- Use technology and multimedia resources to enhance understanding of economic theories and data interpretation.
- Monitor student progress through regular quizzes, assignments, and formative assessments, providing timely feedback.
- Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum planning sessions, and professional development workshops.
Qualifications
- Post‑graduate degree in Economics or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years teaching experience at the PGT level.
- B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. required; TET/CTET preferred.
Compensation
Rs.40,000 – Rs.50,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
