PGT History Teacher Position at Pathshala Coaching Center in West Tripura
Pathshala Coaching Center in Sadar, West Tripura, seeks a dedicated PGT History Teacher to guide students with a deep understanding of historical concepts. This full-time role involves shaping young minds through engaging lessons in Indian and world history, ensuring relevance and critical thinking.
Develop and deliver curriculum-aligned lessons, fostering analytical skills in students. Prepare and assess unit-wise assessments to measure progress and understanding. Collaborate with the faculty to design innovative teaching methods, including multimedia and interactive sessions. Maintain updated lesson plans and resources to support diverse learning needs. Attend departmental meetings to discuss pedagogical strategies and institutional goals. Ensure compliance with school policies and academic standards.
A postgraduate degree in History with at least four years of teaching experience is required. Candidates with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification are preferred, along with a passion for shaping historical awareness in students.
This role offers a monthly salary of Rs.40,000 to Rs.50,000, set in the vibrant academic environment of West Tripura.
