The role of a Primary Teacher (PRT) in Social Science at Pathshala Coaching Center in Sadar, West Tripura, involves teaching foundational concepts across history, geography, economics, and political science to students in Class 1 to 5. You will design engaging lesson plans that align with Tripura’s curriculum while ensuring students grasp key themes like cultural heritage, regional development, and democratic governance. Your daily tasks will include delivering classroom instruction, assessing student understanding through quizzes and projects, and maintaining a supportive learning environment. To qualify, you must hold a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline along with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. A minimum of three years of teaching experience, preferably in Social Science, is required. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory for this role, it will be an added advantage. The monthly salary for this position is Rs.18,000 to Rs.30,000, depending on qualifications and performance.
