Position Overview
Ajman American Private School is seeking a dynamic and experienced Us Curriculum Homeroom professional to join our leadership team. As a Us Curriculum Homeroom, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Homeroom department, ensuring the smooth administration of school activities, and providing strategic guidance to staff members. Your Role
As a Us Curriculum Homeroom, your key responsibilities will include:
* Providing administrative support to the school administration team
* Coordinating and managing staff meetings, workshops, and training sessions
* Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure the efficient operation of the Homeroom department
* Maintaining accurate records and reports to track student progress and staff performance
* Collaborating with teachers and staff members to resolve issues and provide support
* Communicating with parents and guardians to ensure seamless communication
* Managing and allocating resources to ensure the effective use of school funds
* Conducting regular performance evaluations and providing feedback to staff members
* Representing the school at local and national educational events
Who Can Apply
To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar administrative position, preferably in an international school setting. A graduate degree in a relevant field is required, and a teaching license from your home country with attestation is highly preferred. If you are a non-native English speaker, you must have a minimum IELTS score of 6.0. You must also be willing to relocate to Ajman, UAE, and obtain a UAE work visa.

Salary and Benefits
As a Us Curriculum Homeroom, you will receive a tax-free salary of AED 6,000 - AED 8,000 per month, depending on your experience and qualifications. You will also be entitled to a housing allowance, annual flights for you and your family, medical insurance, and tuition fee discounts for your dependents. In addition, you will be eligible for end-of-service gratuity as per UAE Labor Law.
Visa & Relocation
Ajman American Private School will sponsor your work visa and provide assistance with relocation to Ajman, UAE. We will also provide support with obtaining a UAE residence visa for you and your family. Our school has a dedicated HR team to help with all aspects of relocation, including finding accommodation and arranging transportation.
