Job Role
The NTT Hindi Teacher will teach Hindi classes at Holy Public School in Sikandra, Agra, Uttar Pradesh on a full‑time basis. The role involves delivering the curriculum to secondary students and supporting the school’s language development goals.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and conduct Hindi lessons in line with the prescribed syllabus, using interactive methods to engage students. Prepare teaching aids, worksheets and assessments, and grade assignments in a timely manner. Maintain accurate attendance and class records, and collaborate with senior staff for curriculum alignment and student progress reviews.
Classroom Management
Create a disciplined yet encouraging classroom environment, ensuring students adhere to school rules and exhibit respectful behaviour. Address any disciplinary issues promptly and communicate effectively with parents regarding student performance and concerns.
Professional Standards
Adhere to the school’s teaching standards, follow the academic calendar, and attend staff meetings, professional development sessions and parent‑teacher interactions as required. Maintain confidentiality of student information and uphold the ethical standards expected of educators.
Qualifications and Experience
Graduate degree in any discipline with a minimum of two years teaching experience. B.Ed or D.El.Ed is preferred, and TET/CTET qualification is desirable. Candidates should possess strong command over Hindi language, both written and spoken, and be able to deliver content clearly.
Salary
The remuneration for this position is Rs.16,000 - Rs.3,000 per month, payable as per school policy.

Full‑time position with regular school hours, including occasional duties after school for examinations or special events as needed.
