Daily responsibilities

Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices in teaching business concepts effectively.
Regular responsibilities across the academic cycle
Develop and update syllabi to incorporate current business practices, case studies, and practical examples. Organize interactive workshops or guest lectures to bring industry experts into the classroom. Assess student performance through exams, projects, and continuous evaluation to track growth in analytical and decision-making skills. Participate in departmental meetings to discuss curriculum improvements and student feedback.
Periodic responsibilities
Conduct parent-teacher interactions to discuss student progress and areas for improvement. Organize departmental events, such as business simulations or competitions, to foster critical thinking and teamwork. Review and update teaching resources, textbooks, and digital tools to ensure modern and effective learning materials.
Qualification and experience
Hold a postgraduate degree in Business Studies, Commerce, or a related field. Possess a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification to teach at this level. Four years of experience in high school or equivalent business studies education is essential. Familiarity with CBSE or Uttar Pradesh Board syllabi is a plus. A passion for mentoring students and adapting teaching methods to diverse learning needs is highly valued.
Salary and location
