PGT Chemistry Teacher Role at Holy Public School in Sikandra, Agra
This role is for a Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) Chemistry to join Holy Public School in Sikandra, Agra. You will be responsible for teaching high school students Chemistry at the senior secondary level, helping shape their understanding of core scientific principles and practical applications.
Your daily tasks will include designing and delivering engaging chemistry lessons, covering topics like organic chemistry, physical chemistry, and environmental science. You’ll conduct experiments, explain complex concepts in simple terms, and encourage hands-on learning. Assessing student progress through exams, projects, and discussions will also be part of your responsibilities.
To qualify, you must hold a postgraduate degree in Chemistry with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. A TET/CTET certificate is preferred but not mandatory. Your teaching experience should ideally include at least three years in schools, preferably with a focus on Chemistry at the senior secondary level.
This position expects you to have a strong command of chemistry concepts, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate students. Your experience should include lesson planning, classroom management, and adapting teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs.
The salary for this full-time position is Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 60,000 per month, along with benefits that may include a school uniform allowance and transport support if applicable.
