Seemax International School invites applications for a PRT English Teacher position in Agra. Responsibilities include:
1. Teaching English as a core subject to students in classes I to V, following the curriculum set by Seemax International School.
2. Designing engaging lesson plans that incorporate interactive methods like storytelling, role-playing, and multimedia to enhance learning outcomes.
3. Assessing student progress through regular assignments, quizzes, and oral evaluations to identify strengths and areas needing improvement.
4. Maintaining a well-organized classroom environment that promotes discipline, respect, and a positive learning atmosphere.
5. Collaborating with other teachers to align English teaching strategies with school-wide initiatives and co-curricular activities.
6. Preparing students for national-level English exams like CTET or state-level assessments to build confidence and readiness.
7. Engaging with parents through regular updates and parent-teacher meetings to discuss student performance and development.
8. Ensuring compliance with school policies on attendance, punctuality, and maintaining a professional conduct in all interactions.
To qualify, candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) with a minimum of two years of teaching experience. A TET/CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory. Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken, are essential, along with a deep understanding of child psychology to tailor teaching methods effectively.
This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of Rs.15,000 to Rs.30,000 per month, along with a location in Agra, Uttar Pradesh.
