PRT Mathematics Teacher Job in Agra, Uttar Pradesh | School Recruitment
Seemax International School invites applications for a PRT Mathematics Teacher in Agra, Uttar Pradesh. The role involves delivering the CBSE mathematics curriculum to primary classes and fostering analytical thinking among young learners. Candidates will work in a vibrant school environment located in the historic city of Agra.
Responsibilities
1. Plan and conduct engaging mathematics lessons for grades I‑V as per the school syllabus.
2. Assess student progress through quizzes, assignments and provide timely feedback.
3. Prepare teaching aids, worksheets and visual tools to simplify concepts.
4. Maintain classroom discipline and create a supportive learning atmosphere.
5. Participate in parent‑teacher meetings to discuss student performance.
6. Collaborate with senior faculty for interdisciplinary projects and school events.
7. Keep records of attendance, grades and submit regular reports to the head of department.
8. Attend professional development workshops and school staff meetings.
Qualification and Experience
Candidates must hold a graduate degree with B.Ed or D.El.Ed certification. TET/CTET qualification is preferred. A minimum of two years of experience teaching mathematics at the primary level is required. Strong communication skills in English and Hindi and a passion for nurturing mathematical curiosity are essential.
Salary and location
The position offers a salary of Rs.15,000 - Rs.30,000 per month and is based in Agra, Uttar Pradesh, at Seemax International School.
