Role Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced PGT Business Studies Teacher to join our faculty team at Babuji Convent School. As a PGT Business Studies Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching Business Studies to students in classes 11 and 12, developing and implementing engaging lesson plans, and assessing student progress.
Day-to-Day Duties
As a PGT Business Studies Teacher at Babuji Convent School, your day-to-day duties will include:
- Preparing and delivering high-quality lessons in Business Studies
- Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback
- Developing and implementing engaging lesson plans and materials
- Maintaining accurate student records and progress reports
- Participating in staff meetings and contributing to school-wide initiatives
- Collaborating with colleagues to develop curriculum and assessments
- Conducting parent-teacher conferences and communicating with parents
- Staying up-to-date with curriculum developments and best practices in Business Studies education
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this role, you must have:
- A postgraduate degree in Business Studies or a related field
- A B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. degree
- A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a school setting
- Strong subject knowledge and teaching skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A commitment to student-centered learning and academic excellence
Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate will be offered a salary of Rs.20,000 - Rs.50,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer a range of benefits, including opportunities for professional development, a supportive working environment, and a competitive salary package.
