Collaborate closely with the school’s management team to implement innovative teaching methods and assess student progress effectively.
You will also organize workshops, guest lectures, and extracurricular activities related to business and entrepreneurship to enhance student engagement. Stay updated with the latest trends in business education and incorporate them into teaching practices. Represent the school at local educational forums and contribute to curriculum development for Business Studies. Ensure compliance with school policies and maintain professional conduct in all interactions.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary of Rs.40,000 to Rs.70,000 per month, along with the opportunity to work in a dynamic, student-centered environment in Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh. A postgraduate degree in Business Studies or a related field is mandatory, along with at least five years of teaching experience. A B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is required for this role.
